A mentored, hands-on program at Chicago Tech Solutions in Lake Forest, IL where early-career talent works on real client projects in digital marketing, web development, data, cloud/DevOps and IT support — building a portfolio, not fetching coffee.
Standard tracks run 12 weeks, with flexible start dates year-round. Strong performers are invited into our talent bench and considered for placements with CTS staffing clients.
Students, recent graduates and career-changers with foundational skills in their track and a strong work ethic. Chicagoland-based candidates preferred; remote arrangements considered for technical tracks.
