Do you work with businesses outside these towns?
Yes. The towns listed are where we have the deepest local knowledge and the most clients, but we work throughout Chicagoland and with businesses nationwide. If your town is not listed, ask — the playbook travels.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not at all. Most of our work happens over video and email, and plenty of clients we have never met in person. If you would rather sit down, our office is at 580 N Bank Ln in Lake Forest and we are happy to host you or come to you.
Does being local actually matter for marketing?
For the technical work, no — that can be done anywhere. For strategy it matters a great deal: knowing that Naperville and Rogers Park are different markets, and that your competitor down the street has forty more reviews, is where most of the return comes from.
Do you take competing clients in the same town?
No. We do not take two clients competing for the same service in the same area. If we already work with someone in your category and market, we will tell you on the first call.
